Welcome

Hello Guests,

Welcome to our home! We are Roger and Jane Stevens. This 80-year-old duplex has been our family home for nearly 40 years. This place is full of memories since this is where we raised our son and our parents lived on the other side of the duplex. Our hope is that your visit to Indianapolis brings wonderful memories.

As association management retirees, we spend much of our time with our granddaughter. When we are not in Indy, we enjoy sharing our home with you and hope your stay in our great city is a wonderful experience.

Please keep in mind we do have renters who live on the other side of the duplex. They and their two dogs are friendly. Please respect their privacy. If you need something with the duplex, contact us first.

Past guests have mentioned how they love the spacious, quiet secluded duplex in the heart of Indianapolis’s number one historic community. Meridian Street one block west is considered one of the most beautiful streets in America. Just a few blocks more to the west is Butler University. Head north to Broad Ripple along the canal to enjoy some nightlife.

You are less than a block from Cafe Patachou, considered by many to be the best breakfast restaurant in the city. Influential people spend time there, in part because we are just four blocks from the Governor’s home on Meridian Street. Open till 3 pm, be sure to check them out. Under the same management, a few steps away are Napolese Pizza, Apocalypse Burger and Bar 114, considered by Esquire magazine to be one of the best bars in the country.

Wishing you the best stay! Roger and Jane Stevens
